My name is Zach Morrow. I’m from Lubbock, Texas, and we build funnels for Boron Capital. It’s a private investment firm where we bring all the best attributes of real estate and business together to create amazing investments.
Yeah. So we’ve known about funnels for about two years now and I’ve spent the last year trying to bring in the right strategies and the right people to actually create the marketing system and the funnel system that can actually take the business to the next level.
You know, what I love most about today was actually just sitting down, spinning, spinning the time to throw everything against the wall, get everything out of our brain and onto the white board. And having somebody like Bryan work through the process with you tell, bring clarity to, to the system as a whole. You know, one thing we’ve struggled with by bringing different pieces together is, you know, having things that don’t necessarily talk to each other or things that, um, seem to operate independent. And what we’re really looking for is a system that works cohesively together to create that longterm end result.
You know, as far as bringing the vision to fruition, you know, we’re the type of guys that have always, always have certainty that we will get the job done. We’ll find a way, some way somehow. But as far as what today did for me and for us and the company is it’s encouraged us to have all those pieces together faster and in, in, in a way that we can feel confident in launching smoothly and seamlessly.
You know, in business, one thing that I’ve learned is you have to pay for speed. If you’re looking to find a way to take things to the next level, you have to stop focusing on getting yourself outside of your zone of genius and you focus on finding the right person, the right who rather than spending all your time searching for the how. So a done for you service was a no brainer for us because what that allows us to do is continue being great at what we’re great at. Then finding the right who the right person to bring in their expertise to build off of and launch off of to pay for that speed.
So my biggest concern coming in to today honestly, was to find out whether or not Bryan and his team could really come in and fulfill from the strategy to the execution, to the optimization and the build out all the creative and actually find a way to put those systems together.
You know, coming into today, the expectation was to find the right and the right people to come in and support our vision, find a way to take the digital marketing side and branding and blow that up on a massive level. And so after spending the day with Bryan and his team and getting clear, I’m excited about where we’re going from here and moving forward into the future.
You know one big takeaway I had from today was finding a way to take our core service, our, our core expertise and build out a system that can, that can scale seamlessly and find a way to provide more service, more value to our customers, to create a warmer audience that actually falls in love with us and do so in such a way that we can allow our systems to actually generate the profits to scale online rather than having to pay for all the marketing out of pocket.
You know, when it comes to getting clear on your vision and actually building out the roadmap to create that success, I can say it’s truly priceless. When all that can come together and you know that moving forward you’re going to have exactly what it is you were always looking for.
You know, after spending the day with Brian and his team, getting to know exactly what they do and seeing how they, how they learn your brand, learn your people, learn your audience. Um, I can say that I’m excited and confident about what they’re going to be able to do for us moving forward here into the future and what that’s going to, uh, bring back to the bottom line of our business.
You know when it comes down to certainty, a vision, certainty of success. It’s one in which you have to ingrain down in you. And one thing I really respect about Bryan is he comes in with that same confidence and that same certainty in his product and what he brings to the table. So I’m excited to be able to spend time with a likeminded person who can compliment and bring their, bring his expertise alongside ours to create massive growth and synergy into the future.
What I would say to somebody that’s on the fence still thinking about whether or not they need a funnel day, whether or not they need to get clear whether or not they need strategy. I would just say, what are you waiting for? Getting in the game and finding a way to find the right person to speed up your dreams and your vision is absolutely crucial to your ability to ever realize your vision and realize success. So what I would say for final thoughts is that when we shake hands with Brian, I just want to let him know that we’re going to bring the fulfillment to double the amount of eight figure awards he has and plenty more moving forward into the future. You know, actually what I would add to that is there’s a new award that most people haven’t even heard of yet. That’s a C level award, correct? That’s right. And so Brian has been begging, he’s actually been wondering for a while, how am I going to get that C level award? And you know, when we walked in the room today, I saw his eyes light up and he said, that’s a C level award. He could see it. And I’m thankful that we’re going to be able to bring that to the table when we work with Bryan.
