Speaker 1:
Hey guys. So you’ve got to hear what Dean has to say about implementation and follow through, which in my opinion is the only thing that’s going to move the needle for you in your life and your business. Dean:
Yeah, really good question. So before I said there was three things and I’ve really been speaking this terminology a lot to my team and that’s why the first part, the first bucket, is having the right mindset. It doesn’t matter how good the course of the software is, if they go in with the mindset of, I’m not sure it’s going to work or my family’s going to think I’m crazy, or it’s too busy, they’re going to dabble until they stop dabbling and say it doesn’t work. So we went really deep on the mindset. In fact, Tony shot five more training videos that you guys are going to freak when you see it, like legit. I was there live and Tony’s my buddy, so I got to act kind of cool, and I’m writing notes a hundred miles an hour.

Speaker 1:
Another pen.

Dean:
Yeah, another pen, please. I burned this on up, it’s on fire. So, that’s the first part. So the reason I’m answering, and I’m going to go to the MindMint is because there’s a flow. I just built the greatest software in the world. Do you guys ever have a great software that you put on your phone and then you just stop using it?

Speaker 2:
Yeah.

Dean:
It’s great, but I’m not using it to get in better shape. I’m not using it to meditate. I’m not. So great software alone doesn’t do it. So the mindset, and then we teach the tactics on how this whole thing works. How do you do day one? How do you understand what you’re good at? How do you gain the confidence? How do you do the story teach tool model? How to use our tools. How do you track people? How to use marketing.

Dean:
I guess the best way to say this is the software is the implementation tool because there’s a lot of people watching and listening right now, they’ve bought the best course, they love it. They got fired up when they were done. They’re like, “So what now?” So we wanted to make it, Tony fires up like, “Oh my God, I can do this. Okay, here’s how to do it.” You go over to the software, you actually do it. So you learn how to build a page, you go build a page. You learn how to shoot a video, you go shoot the video. You learn how to build the agenda, you build the agenda. And you learn how to hook a credit card up so you can take money over the internet and you go click a button and you got it. So I’m not saying it like it’s click button, you do nothing and money comes in. You still got to do the work. But when you have the implementation tool, I really believe that’s why we’re having so much success.

Tony:
I think that’s the game changer of the whole program.

Dean:
I think it is.

Tony:
Because most programs that I’ve witnessed over the years, doing this 14 years now, it’s they fall off on implementation and only a small percentage of people actually get through it, which is frustrating to people like us who create programs.

Dean:
Yeah. Especially when it’s the greatest program. You dump your whole life into it, and people go through the first module and then they get sucked back into their own life. And we just didn’t want it. And I think we should talk about a little bit of the course too. So the software is the implementation tool. Year one, I have to tell you, the software was good. It was like the iPhone 2. What do entrepreneurs do, they make something up then they make it real. So we made this up on a white board, hired the greatest tech team to build it. And the first one was good, but now we’re going from like the iPhone 2 to the iPhone 7. So now it’s a real in depth page builder and all these other incredible things.

Dean:
But what we did, and this is something to think about, because you guys have both been through the course, the way we laid out the course where you take a little quiz at the end of each one, and then bribe them with an extra prize. So think about that. It’s like you learn a little section, you watched 30 minutes of videos, you learn something, take a little quiz, you pass it, it unlocks, we’ll call them Easter eggs, it unlocks Easter eggs. Were you go, “Ooh, what am I getting from Tony and Dean?” And it’s like, I wonder what the next Easter egg is. So the way I look at it, I don’t care if I have to ethically bribe somebody with a carrot saying, “Come on, one more module. Yeah, yeah, it’s just incredible.

Tony:
That is, yeah.

Dean:

Speaker 2:
I mean, there’s so many people that they buy them and then it sits there and it’s a good idea and then it validates what their spouse is saying. It validates what the family saying-

Dean:
Right, I knew that wouldn’t work for you.
